This dataset has been derived from 151 protein complexes contained into the Docking Benchmark version 5. A total of 314 unbound protein chains are included in the DBv5Sel dataset.

This dataset has been derived from 67 targets taken from CAPRI rounds 1-29. After redundancy removal (both internal and external w.r.t. the DBv5Sel dataset described above), a total of 29 unbound protein chains are included in the CAPRI-Blind dataset.
